During your first visit, our wound healing team will evaluate your wound and review your medical history and general health. Depending on the origin of your wound, you may need to have special tests to provide important information about the flow of blood, tissue oxygenation and whether there's an infection complicating the healing process. Our wound team includes Susan Tuttle, Nurse Practitioner and Certified Wound and Ostomy Nurse. Susan obtained her Master of Science in Nursing and post graduate Adult Nurse Practitioner from Jewish Hospital College of Nursing and Allied Health at Washington University in St. Louis. Susie sees patients in the Red Bud Health Clinic and at long-term care/nursing homes and assisted livings.
